VNA Hospice of Philadelphia Monthly Workshop

The VNA Hospice of Philadelphia is pleased to provide this monthly educational workshop to those whose lives have been affected by the recent death of a loved one.  The workshop is free and begins June, 2012 on the second Tuesday of each month from 5:30 pm to 7 pm at our offices located at the Falls Center, 3300 Henry Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19129.  Preregistration is not required.  For more information, contact Kelly Kampf, LSW at 215-704-4663.

Palliative Medicine in the Changing Medical Environment Conference
