We know that the hospice program demonstrated its own unique capacity to care and to give, day by day, in a way that has provided a lasting measure of comfort and peace…

Thanks to the employees of VNA Hospice, my uncle finished his last days with dignity, free of any suffering, at peace. Most important he died at home in a circle of love, with his family and friends around him.

Thank you so very much for all that you have done. There was not one person who walked through my home who did not show love or compassion. You helped to make my mother’s transition smooth, comfortable, and a peaceful journey. There are not enough words to express my thanks and gratitude.

Thank you all for taking such good care of our brother during the last days. Each of you exhibited great care, tenderness, and gentleness in your dealings with him and all members of his family and friends. We really appreciate your kindness. It made it much easier on all of us to know he was in such good hands when we could not be there.”

We want to thank the Hospice of Philadelphia for the kind services they gave to our father. All of the nurses were wonderful, caring, and very sensitive to the suffering of the family as well as dad as he peacefully transitioned to the next phase.

The Hospice staff offered superb help and support not only for my beloved aunt but also for our family at a very critical period. Because they were always warm and concerned, we looked forward to every visit. Indeed my aunt will be intensely missed, but the compassion, strength, and professionalism of each one of your staff will be missed also. Thank you for your perfect care, from a very grateful heart.”

Words really cannot express the relief I felt when my mother arrived at the VNA Hospice. I can however say, that without exception, every member of the hospice team displayed compassion and professionalism.”
