Daily monitoring of weight, blood pressure and oxygen levels using touch screen technology are supplemented by nursing visits. Medical information is sent over the phone lines to the visiting nurse and physician who monitor the results daily.

Provides care to patients with life-limiting illnesses at any stage of illness, whether patient is receiving curative treatments or considering hospice. Our goal is to alleviate suffering through pain control and symptom management measures to improve the patient’s quality of life.
